Full Program Tuition and Fees for those not taking advantage of our scholarship program: $5675.00

For those using scholarship funds, the fee is $1295 for our combined degree program.  Tuition is all inclusive for all levels of degree, including your doctoral program.

Three Payment Options.

• Option 1: Payment in full offers a 20% discount.

• Option 2: Payment of 1/4 of the degree program, followed by three equal payments every 30 days until the balance is paid earns a 10% discount.

• Option 3: Pay $159 down, and equal monthly installments of $100. No tuition discount, but this is interest free. There is a $129 fee for this service.

• 5 1% of fees due must be paid before the master’s degree will be awarded, and the balance must be paid in full before the doctoral degree is awarded.

Additional Fees:

• Returned check fee of $35 per returned check.

• Late payment fee of $10 per month, payments can be due on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.  Payments are late when they are more than 7 days past-due.

Textbook Costs:

• Tuition includes required text books, video and audio will be delivered online only, hard copies of textbooks will be sent by US postal mail. Foreign students must pay an additional postage fee of $50 that will be invoiced after you are formally accepted to the program.

• Payments are due on the first or the fifteenth of the month. After the seventh  day, a late fee of $10 per month will be added to the account. After 90 days late, your enrollment will be suspended until fees are brought current. A reinstatement fee of $25 must be paid on deactivated enrollments.

Refund Policy:

• Withdraw from the program within 30 days of enrollment: 100% of tuition paid will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee. Any materials that have been shipped must be returned unused before a refund is issued. Withdrawal requests must be sent via certified mail to our offices.

• After 31 days, no portion of tuition or fees is refundable.

• After 90 days of no contact from a student, and no payment, you will be deactivated. You can be reinstated by contacting our office and paying a reactivation fee of $25 and all payments must be brought current prior to reinstatement.
• Students who owe a balance; even if they choose not to finish studies, will be charged for the entire balance due unless they have formally withdrawn from the program within 30 days.

Scholarship

• There are no qualifications required for scholarships to be granted, all one must do is decide if it is truly needed, enroll today, and begin your studies.

• For those needing payment arrangements and using scholarship funds, a payment of $159 down, and $100 a month until paid in full is available. There will be an additional $129 administrative fee for this service. 51% must be paid before the master’s degree will be awarded, and the balance must be paid in full before the doctoral degree is awarded.

Option 1:

Total due $1165.50. Today I will pay ¼ for a total amount due: $291.37 with three additional equal payments due each month for the next three months. (Application fee is waived.)

Option 3:

_____ I am going to pay $159 down plus a $25 application fee and pay $100 per month until the balance is paid in full. ( There is no interest due, however a $129 processing fee will be added to my enrollment. Total due will be: $1424.00.  Today I will pay the down payment, and application fee and have enclosed $184.00.
